    I also work for a japanese company. and I'll tell you, grabeh ka stricto bah. If naay deadline as in atangan ka sa imung luyo while you're doing your thing hantud mahuman. kulba jud ni basta matimingan ka ani nga style. implement jud ug JIT nga lifestyle or maglisod ka ug survive sa japanese-owned companies.
