I was not referring to the tinderas in LKK mall, with abysmal take home pay. now, did I call you a liar, no. I was just aking if the rich people in CdO are all smugglers, Illegal business owners or unfair employers? kse as far as what you posted, you generalized the entire class A-B Mindanaoans as such.
I think you missed the point of my answer. But will spell it out here just in case you still don't get it.
LKK is a legit business and I have no issues with that. but the pay is probably the same range as the Gaisano tindira. So which one on this list is that?

Let me give you another example about condo affordability.

I know a friend who works at Noodle (major brand) factory in El Savador (or Opol). He is a supervisor. He controls more than 500 line and shift workers under him. He sometimes work 7 days a week just to get some extra money. He supports a wife and two kids. His monthly pay is just enough to cover the monthly expenses. And he's got free accomodation because he lives in the unit adjacent to his father's house. He told me, he is already a supervisor but there is no way that he can afford luxury like a condo. He doesn't even dreaming of a condo. Just basic housing is enough for him. But still he is struggling because the pay is just too low. That's what I call unfair employers.

If a supervisor cannot afford a condo, how much more the line/shift workers?

What about you sandman.ink, what do you do? Can you afford a condo?

    cheers (tubig),

Bro ang thread is asa nindut puy-an sa Mindanao not Philippines. hehe. Im from CDO, been there for more than 10 years. Right now I am in Cebu for 7 months lang. Cebu is more urbanized than CDO but i missed my life in CDO. If you will be visiting Mindanao, i suggest CDO, if you have extra money you can visit nearby cities like Iligan, some cities in Bukidnon, and Davao. I hate when people says Mindanao is unsafe especially sa mga news. Daghan na nuon tao mahadluk ug visit sa ubang cities sa Mindanao. Gamay man gud ang CDO mao masuroy jud nimo ang city tapos dikit dikit ang mga malls, mga bars, parks, rastaurants mao dili hassle if you want to have some fun under the sun until dawn and walang curfew din, not to mention SAFE dun...

"Tri-people, majority of the inhabitants of Mindanao made this island home to diverse cultures and arts. Even with high technology innovations, people in Mindanao have preserved its rich heritage and culture. The native inhabitants of Mindanao have their own unique songs and dances that live to these days....."

Bro, im new sa thread so im not arguing nor gapalabwanay which is better CDO or Davao. Both of them are great cities. It so happen mas suhito ko sa CDO kay i spent most of my life there. Bitaw bro, nice ang white water rafting though wala ko kasuway kay medyo naa koy pagka antagonistic na feeling korny ang white water rafting (hehe) but to see those pictures of my friends who have experienced rafting bibo baya kaau. after nyo sa rafting adtu mo Macahambus Cave, nice didto, Ive been there. tapos naa sila rappel which is pwede na for andrenalin rush TRUST me. CDO also have this Eco-Village daghan kaau views didto, flora and fauna, plus mga antique displays, museums, etc.... hahahaha, ga market naman ko ani sa CDO, lol...

Daghan sab beaches sa CDO, try to think nasa gilid sila ng dagat kung titingnan sa map, diba? na wa na, ga market na jud ko. hahaha...

sorry but I think you should sharpen up your reading comprehension...no offense...why do you keep referring to "Gaisano tindiras" when talking about people who can afford condos

when I said Limketkai, I was referring to Alfonso Lim of your CdO...criminal ba sya because he can easily afford to live in a condo?

you said, only illegal businesses and corrupt politicians can afford condos, and the rest of the legit people in Mindanao cannot afford to live in one...that is a stupid and irresponsible thing to say.

Let me give you another example about condo affordability.

pano naging unfair ang employer just because he can't afford a condo doesn't mean unfair ang employer....that's an over simplification of the situation, and it's very judgemental. sabi ng Diyos, judge and you shall also be judge.

can I afford a condo? probably...there are terms and payment schemes that will make it possible (loan, pag-ibig). but why should I get one? meron na kaming bahay, and gusto ko meron lawn.

What about you sandman.ink, what do you do? Can you afford a condo?
