growth rate -- that's why every now and then I mention MisOr, NorMin, Region 10. Because this is not only CDO but the whole region. It's a team work. Specifics on the growth? Please see city hall and relevant region 10 offices or do your own research.

enthusiast -- Yes, I'm not an expert. So do you have an "Expert" opinion on the LADP?

realestate -- I don't really care if they are selling really good. What is important is people can buy real estate, from low to high end.

banks -- the last time I did my banking in CDO, I didn't see any problems at all.

Look at my postings, I didn't badmouth Davao at all.

I think there are now about 5 people here who are really trying to quantify the CDO v Davao here. That wasn't my objective. My objective is to sell CDO without badmouthing other city.

I was not referring to the tinderas in LKK mall, with abysmal take home pay. now, did I call you a liar, no.
