I am also from Mindanao and coming from one of the cities that you guys are trying to forge into war between words and arrogance. I understand the pride that you have for your own respective cities but then again the efforts of this two cities to make it progressive will fall into the tarpits if its people are not helping both cities to be in peaceful co-existence. That is why we have wars in Mindanao because it all probably started from claiming who's who and which is which. So instead of you guys throwing ill-fated accusations or rumors or boastful claims, I'd rather have you talk about the things which made both CDO and Davao progressive today despite the conflict that is hounding the rest of Mindanao. Instead of talking about the differences between both the cities you should rather promote CDO and Davao as the beacon of Mindanao's continued struggle to achieve peace through economic and social developments. There is no way for us guys to compare each city as they are unique and beautiful in there own way. The important thing to consider is that both cities now are enjoying tremendous growth albeit the regional conflict because the people living in these cities are making things possible to make there respective city progressive and peaceful by being hardworking and law abiding citizens. So KUDOS! to all Cagay-anons and Dabawenyos as you were all an epitome of peace and progress to the rest of Mindanao. So I invite you guys to visit Mindanao, you can start an adventure by planning a trip that would start from an adventurous jump-off in Northern Mindanao through CDO and get a taste of breath taking whitewater rafting adventure and shopping, while you cruise your way to beautiful Camiguin island enjoying its white sand beaches, cold and hot springs and head on a mountain trekking adventure to Bukidnon while savoring an abundant harvest of farm fresh fruits and veggies, then glide your way through the bustling city of Davao where you can enjoy modern city life less the hassle and pollution.
    Good advice. That can be achieved when those people that attempt to raise their place at the false and unjust expense of others (like the way some from CDO that we had encountered ginalibak ang Davao para moangat sila) must learn their mistake because it will not be tolerated.

    I agree 100%. No problems with that.

    I was merely promoting CDO. If you read my postings. I didn't say that Davao is this and that.
    I only say that CDO is this and that.

    But the problem with some people here is that they started calling me a liar. Now that's a big claim.

    If someone calls me an outdoor fun zealot, then that would be better. Me a liar? nahhh.
    Just be Coooooool (i.e. the water is cold), go to whitewater rafting/kayaking fun.

    cheers,

    as you can see here. false accusation shouldn't be allowed to continue.

    read my postings;
    It didn't say anything at all about, "Davao this and that"
    It only say about; "CDO is this and that"

    How did you arrived that...ginalibak? You are just so funny.

    My apologies because we will not tolerate the unjust things being done to our city. You may or may not come to our place, and I do not have to convince you that the place here is good or not. If you cannot understand our pride and our reaction when our city is falsely accused, perhaps you cannot understand the importance of respect. I hope you understand why we reacted that way, if not then it would be very much alright with us that you need not come to Davao. People who understand respect for their fellows are very much welcome in Davao, people who cannot respect fellows and our city are not encouraged to go here.

    Kaizer put his valuable advice in good word and he is appreciated, don't attempt to make it ugly.

    Ok then, hope you make sure your postings will be accurate next time because bisan forum lang ni it deserves accuracy for the sake of respect and minus your name-calling so you that will also receive respect.

    Actually the false accusations against Davao had been done in other forums and also based on actual experiences, including mine. I just make sure there will not be a repeat of it here.

    Good luck to CDO, as long as there is respect there will be peace.

    So, peace.
