Naa koy motherboard nga ECS GeForce7050M-M paired with AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+. Unya sa BIOS sa motherboard kay naay option didto nga AMD C&Q(so pasabot ani kay Cool n' Quiet) then ako siyang gi-enable. Na enable na ba gyud ana ang AMD Cool n' Quiet nga feature akoang processor or mag-download pa ko atong AMD Processor Power Management Driver? Kay nakabasa ko sa HardwareSecrets.com nga mo-download pa kuno ko anang driver.

yes you have to first enable cool'n'quiet or set it to auto, the next thing is you have to install windows driver to manage your processor

after you have done the right things set, you can enable now via power options sa imong control panel.

done installing the processor driver.Sweet, now my Athlon 64 X2 3800+ @ 2.0Ghz runs at 997Mhz idle clock speed. Badabingbadaboom!

unsa ang processor na mo last long..sa duha ka settings...
ang processor in stock speed or processor in cool and quiet mode..

since the processor runs cooler on cool 'n quiet mode during idle times then most probably it will last longer.

You must enable the cool&quiet from bios when installing the c&q software. Else, your pc will be in risk.

Like what happen to me recently, I disable the c & q from bios and forgot to uninstall the software c&q ig games nako mo shutdown cya. Pag uninstall nako na solved na ang problem jud. Di jud gani ko ka tuo dayon pero some users from other forums has encounter the same problem sa akoa that time.
