    Default SMARTBRO Internet connection question

My connection is with smartbro, might not be the fastest but I am proud to say I haven't had any bad experiences with them for years, and when I download torrents I get as much speed as people with DSL connections do, I don't know why.... Again, I've never had any problems...

Until the past week. And I still have the problem even up to date. My connection isn't stable anymore, sometimes the speed is very very slow, sometimes it's normal and sometimes I lose the connection entirely. What seems to be the problem?

Could it be the LAN card? I brought it to PC express and they said that it was fine.

Could it be the cable? It seems fine, but there's a section of the wire that I can't see because it's on top of the roof, connected to the antenna/whatever is up there.

Could it be the ISP itself?

I've already called customer service in smartbro and they said that I have to get my connection checked with my personal computer technician, which I don't have, hence why I went to PC express today.

    Help...

    ing-ana na diay karon?
taod-taod naman sad ko sa Smartbro,
twice i had problems w/ my connecton, tawag ko sa ila hotline and they usually guide me through steps from pinging, portal checking, etc.
if all won't help, magpadala man sila ug ilang technicians to check the canopy and such.

if the problem is w/ the PC itself, then thats on our expense.
so maski checking sa connection - personal technician na diay karon?
isn't that like hiring your own lineman to check your phone connection?

Actually, nitawag ko mga 3 times mn total, sa first two times they guided me through all those things that you mentioned. For the third call, I told them that I already went through the usual checking of the wires, rebooting, unplugging etc.... and that I didn't want to waste time doing that again. So they skipped everything and told me straightforward that I should call my technician.

Anyway, nibalik nman ug ka stable ang connection, pero first day of stability pani, needs more observation pa. If mubalik pa ug ka unstable, nah!
