When do we need and not need this?
usually bro u need that kung u plan to release pics commercially or the photoshoot is more for you than it is for the models (i.e. you hired them for your portfolio). most prof. fotografers always have a release form with them to be signed by models before the start of the shoot (sa mga ako lang kaila bro ha). panigurado lang ba.
what if mag x deal lang sa model.. hatagan nimo ug pic then ikaw pang portfolio.. do we need a release?
or if kana mo post2x ra ta sa flickr or multiply... ok ra ba na?
I know pwede man ta ma kiha ana.. lol..
how about friends?
kinahanglan ka kung nude nya naay nawong , then for commercial purposes.
pero kung shoot shoot ra and you're not making money out of it ..ok ra wala.
di man pwede moingon ang model ug " i never posed for this guy and now i've seen my photos posted all over the internet" kay klaro man kaayo dako kaayo iyang smile pag piktyur
and last .. with or without model release, it's your judgement that will tell you if it's defamatory to post the kind of photos you're about to post.
Most photographers doing photo shoot for a commercial intent should provide a release form. I'm not sure sa pinas kung what degree of liability does the photographer have kung dli siya mo provide. I usually educate the models that I do TFCD's para aware pod sila sa risks. Lisod na kay usahay mo-ingon sila "ignorance of the law excuses no one" Better be in the safe side.
ni wonder pud ko ana... lagi kai uban na models.. diretcho2x ra man.. x deal2x lang.. tagan ug picture ma lipay na..
hehehe, i believe most models don't know how to exercise this right and the photographers should be the one to let them know. For me I think its a good idea to let them know. Murag sad to show Professionalism and boost sad sa imo reputation na you care for wellfare of the people you worked with.
Going back sa thread title, Before you shoot let them know first. Lisod na biya makiha, kay mo-gawas na sa NBI clearance ninyo. heheheh...
kuyaw... better safe than sorry.. hahaha..
wait.. so kanang mga yagit do we need a model release?
Unless mo kiha sila, if they knew. Ka kwarta sila nmo hehehe....Like I said if your taking pictures with commercial intent.
But case to case basis sad sir. Kay kung ang yagit is in a public place and you want to convey informative aspect with your photo, dli na kinahanlan. Murag photojournalism na siya sir.
Im not a lawyer but I believe lalis-sonon pa nah if put in different scenarios. Heheeh...unsa man kada shoot nmo imo silang papirmahon ug waiver?
