HELP!

i own a sony dsc-p10 and have always had a hard time trying to take a shot like this.Â* i spend so much time in a similar (smaller) environment and would like to improve the quality of my shots.Â* all of my shots would either have only the outer view with good quality and the inside really dark, or vice versa.Â* i would like to have both inside and out clear as mud.

you meter your shot of the outside for exposure.
then recompose.
make sure ur flash is force to flash (as fill in)
use high f-stop to get sharp forground and background
