Applying online is very effected nowadays.

First, Employer will surely know that you are a computer literate. (gawas kung nagpatabang ka )
Second, Mas dali ka ma process since automated ang pagprocess sa imo application, ug gamay ra ang hago sa mga HR compare kung mo submit ka personally.
Third, ang gasto nimo sa 3 ka resume nga imo g-print murag equivalent na sa 15-20 ka resume nga imo g-submit online.

usahay gani una pa matawagan ang ni submit online compared sa ni-submit sa frontdesk nga week earlier.

and most important is... naay unod imo g-submit.. I mean naa ka ikabuga.. kay kung wala.. sorry nalang.
murag madugay pa jud na imo application... pasabot... kung walay nay lain.. ikaw na.

Reliable baya.. i've never tried applying as a walk-in.. basta IT based imong applyan.. daghan man manawag.. mang-offer ug available slot, labi na ug dako2 na ka ug experience..

mostly sa overseas nga job applyan, naa preliminary nga interview through phone.. tapos murequest ug face to face interview (UNSAON??!?!?!)

P.S. bantay bantay lang sa mga scammer.. kay naa sad baya time nga nahack nila ang monster.com..

Don't send TOR, SSS, NBI online online oe! .. Wala ka kibaw kinsa maka kita ana.. public bya na ha.. and private na imong mga documents.. ma identity fraud ka ana or worse.. or if dili ka dawaton, e print nya labay imong papers and somebody could end up seeing them! ..

tanaw nako maam reqt na na siya if nakapasar naka sa final phase of the application process.mostly dira na na sila mag ask...re the application phase pa,like initial stages mangutana ra mana sila kng naa na ba ka o wala.usually makita ra man na sad na resume.
