mga 4T plus ang home.... and i think pareha ra sad ang price sa win98. (ila gi tuyo same price para wala nay mangita win9
and ok ra gamiton sa office as long as walay domain server kay dili kasud ang xp home,
then murag dili pud pwede maka internet sharing ang xp home...

then if naa moy special program nga kailangan jud og Win98 like sa amo (dos based program nga dili compatible sa xp), ang ingon sa reseller nako... "you can buy the WIN XP PRO kay pwede siya mo license og lower version..". ang xp home dili daw maka license og win98, so mao na napugos mi buy Win XP PRO kay wala naman win98 baligya...

Aw mao ba? so mag Home nalang guro ko for our office.. Kuyaw man gud ma raid nya bah.. For now, amo gamit kay IBM Thinkpad nga laptop then Win98 OEM iya software.. Then planning to buy a new PC man.. So mag WinXP home nalang guro ko..

Thanks for the info guys.. by the way, one last question. Naglibog man gud ko sa difference anang OEM nga WinXP og kanang dli.. Nya sa mga store, mura OEM raman baligya.. Naa man gud to lain topic diri nga nag mention sila nga kanang OEM kay meant rana for a specific brand sa PC.. I'm not really sure kay wala gyud ko kasabot anang OEM thingy..

naabot na jud ang time nga dili na safe to install pirated software sa office kay grabe ang penalty. Makahilak jud ka kay confiscate ang pc, bayad ka dako penalty, then pwede pa ka ma priso! kung sa balay lang... medyo safe pa na... kung ma raid man gani ka sa balay, pirting malasa na jud nimo. wala nay lain, imo silingan ra jud ang ga sumbong nmo. hehehe.

about anang OEM license... Usually, when you buy a new pc (whether branded or clone) naa man jud unta na OEM license. wala lang ta mo practice palit OEM license when we buy clone pc. basta ang OEM license para ra jud ana specific new pc imo gi palit then naa ni lifespan.... inig ka guba sa computer (i'm not sure pero i think ang pasabot ani kung naguba ang processor) dili na valid ang OEM license. since naguba man ang computer.... so palit ka new pc. in this case, you don't need to buy a new OEM license, what you do is upgrade your old OEM. upgrade it to a Paper License (cost is same sa old OEM). with a paper license, you can install your OS (win xp) to any computer you wish (old or new)... basta isa lang ka computer.

thats all i know about license stuff. ang taga NG-KHAI (vismin microsoft reseller) ga tudlo nako ana.

Interesting info. Ako pud nag libug pud ko about anang OEM gyud.. mao raman pud baligya diri, mga OEM. Wala ko kita og dli OEM. More expensive gyud pud cguro..

Out of stock man mga PC stores run sa WinXP. Namalit gyud cguro mga tao tungod sa raid raid..
