wa ko kasabot atong episode 13 dah. katong macross kay fake to or dili? c ranka kay 1/4 zentraedi, 3/4 vajra?

What was in the the Episode 13 was believe to be the only Macross class vessel ever built SDF-4 being used for Vajra research by 117th fleeth (not the original SDF-1), while others Megaroid 1 and 2 have the SDF-2 and 3 designation.

To simply put it, there's could have been more megaroids with SDF designation of which as to deployment kawamori hasn't yet disclose it.

as for ranka, what we only knew about her so far are:

- she's onboard the 117th Research Fleet, which of the SDF-4 seems the had been the flagship (there was a segment on the 13th episode where Alto found a picture of ranka inside)

-the 117th research fleeth was attacked by Vajra, or perhaps they have pretty much responsible for the vajra's existence to start with.

- ranka was saved by Ozma from the attack, apparently disobeying orders..

- apparently ozma's aware of Ranka's relationship somehow to late Dr. Mao Nome, and may even have known her..

- ranka is 1/4 Zentran.

- ranka carries an implanted super-dimension crystal inside her.. maybe it has to do with her being called as the "queen"

A welcome change from all those very painful scenes of Episode 1 where the VF-171 was virtually were pwned by the Vajra with little effort.

i see that koenig monster again, unfortunately wala nagyd exposure unlike the previous episode.

personally, i think there is still more to expect from the fleet, the very fact that frontier hasn't release/deployed "Battle 25" so far.. we only get to see macross quarter carrier do the sweeping (i just love it when it does its transformation, buffered by the sound effect it kinda gives me goosebumps), maybe kawamori's saving it for last.

Just a bit of trivia for fans of Ranka Lee, according to Wikipedia her Voice Actress or Seiyu, Megumi Nakajima is half Filipino. In other words kababayan diay ni nato.
