Natural birth control ‘stupid,’ says Davao Mayor Duterte
Coming from Mr. Hitman himself, it's not sur[rising. He shoots first and doesn't even bother to ask questions. It's little wonder that htis murderer doesn't care about the lives of the unborn. He's quite willing to shoot those who are already born too when they get in his way. Should we be listening to this homicidal trapo?

That only means that the Catholic Church is more efficient in its pro-life advocacy than the governments condom campaign. So what if the Catholic Church is against condoms? Can the church really stop state health workers from distributing condoms?
The problem is very clear, its not about overpopulation, but its all about government incompetency. Just take away corruption and this overpopulation issue will be gone.

You must remember. The church helped in the overthrow of 2 presidents.

Actually, more for women gyud ni siya. So proper education for them is good.

Kung mangurakot ang government, mangurakot na sila with or without this bill. The budget of the government is trillion peso na, so gamay ra na actually ang few billion pesos. Gi unsa man nila ug kurakot nganong ni daghan man ning nanganak?

Well said! By fooling people into being afraid of the "overpopulation" bogey, the government deflects attention away from corruption, bad governance, etc. These trapos are truly using "overpopulation" as a scapegoat.

What most people don't realize is that they make the problem worse by believing this "overpopulation hysteria and propaganda.

This Bill will NOT address the real causes of poverty and consequent suffering of our people. It will just lead to more promiscuous and immoral behavior while allowing the thieves in the government turn attention away from their misdeeds.

Uganda's First Lady Warns Teens against Condom Use
Uganda's First Lady Warns Teens against Condom Use

KAMPALA, January 12, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Uganda, the country acknowledged for having waged the most successful anti-AIDS battle in the world, owes most of the success of its program to President Museveni and his wife, First Lady, Janet Museveni. While 'safe-***' pushers in the West have claimed that Uganda's program has relied on condoms as a essential component, Uganda's First Lady has said differently.

Speaking at the official opening of an annual youth conference in Kampala, she told over 2000 young people, "You do not need *** at your age. Wait until you are married. You can choose to fight AIDS by saying no and be able to stay alive."

She told the teens to ignore those who push condoms noting that companies which promote such products are after money. "Don't give your airtime to anyone talking to you about using condoms," Ms Museveni said. Adding she could "not be apologetic" for objecting to them. Rather she encouraged the young people to practice "God-centered" self-control.

She called on all political leaders to constantly remind youth about abstinence before marriage and faithfulness within marriage. "You do not have to be a member of the movement or the opposition to do this. Always tell our young people not to engage in premarital ***," she said.

-Assuming out of almost 100 million, 10 million cannot afford to by condom cause they are poor and so, they have to be subsidized by the working class who only have 1 to 3 children ironically. I'm sure this is a very conservative estimate. If we will be strict about the figure, again I'm sure, it will go up.
-Assuming this 10 million people will engage in *** once a week. Again very conservative estimate. This could still get higher if we will be strict about it.

-So with the given data, the yearly budget for allocating condoms for those undisciplined couple
    would be: 10 pesos x 4 weeks x 12 months x 10 million = 4.8 Billion pesos / year.
So ang pangutana, are you guys willing to spend your taxes on subsidizing other people's condom? Remember ha nga conservative figures na, striktuha na, di ba mo dako na pag ayo nga figure. Remember also our corrupt government, do you think that 4.8 Billion peso conservative estimate will really be use to purchase condoms? Take note of the overpricing of the ASEAN summit lamp posts and RADAZA's overpriced computers. Kita ray giilad ani nga bill mga bro. Mura ta ug gigisa sa kaugalingong mantika ani.

TAKE NOTE: CONDOM RA NI NGA PRESYO: Try to factor in other items pud.

bright pud ka noh? condom ra imong gikontrahan ani? hasta P10 mopatol ka? my god! basin wa ka kbaw pilay nagasto intawn sa imong inahan pag paprenatal nimo, pagpanganak, pabakuna, palit gatas, lampin, bibiron, chupon, tambal sa imong hotoy, sip-on, kagid. pagelementary nimo bayad sa imong skuyla (sayang lng ilang bayad nimo, wa kay nabaw an), uniform, plete, baon, duwaan (kasing, jolen, takyan, kaka), bayad sa imong sanina pang oran ug panglakaw, brip, toalya, shampoo, sabon, sudlay, pahumot (im sure wa ka ani), pag hi-skul nimo bayad na pud sa skuylahan, uniform, plete (gas kung naa ky service), baon, pang computer, bag-o na pud nga sanina nga pang-oran ug panglakaw, brip, toalya, shampoo, sabon, sudlay, pahumot (im sure wa jud ghpon ka ani), pang laag, pag chix (if naay mosugot nimo), pangabang ug mga etc. wa pay apil college ha. just imagine, you are competing these things to a mere P10 condom? this situation is only for you. how about a child was brought up by Class D, E parents? if a child has not brought up well ky daghan lagi kaayo cla sa blay, so ang bata wa ka skuyla, mgsakit2x ky there's no good nutrition. ang expenses intawn sa doctor's consultation, tambal, ug transpo padung sa hospital. ug ka2ng mga unwanted ones, let's say the social cost, coz they don't have parental attention, so most of them, masaag jud sa kalinaw, so there might be involved in drugs, early pregnancy, alcohol, crime. so gasto sa rehab, sa abogado, pag proceso sa korte, number of days na miss nla sa skuyla (productivity time cost so much). of course, if the parents can't afford, it's the gov't who jumps into the scene and play this role (like PAO for juvenile, DSWD), still this involves money. cge dodong, i comparar pa imong dyes pesos ani! angay jud mong pakongon ni mannyamador.

to mannyamador, your'e correct wng, i can no longer afford to see myself talking to a robot. worse, di pa jud kasabot purely ug bisaya. sayang lng atong previous post. pa reply2x pka dha. wa man diay ka kasabot. the more u reply to his unforgivable posts, the more tawn cya mo 2bag, as if mkabarog cya sa iyang gipangtubag, reality-wise. of course, in the net, it's so easy for you to hide yourself, to hide ur own frustrations. but judging on the way you post here, our instincts tells us nagtuga2x ra tawn ka. u keep on using ad mohimem whatever, premise2x things, ur copy paste, that there's no way whatsover they are connected to what's really happening in our country right now. mao nang it's no longer a wise thing replying to your post.

Unya pag college kay ga trabaho man ko for my tuition.
Pero your comparing gasto sa condom to gasto sa pag-educate sa bata. Subsidizing condoms is foolishness, while subsidizing education is a noble act. So, please bro, don't compare the two kay lahi ra jud.
I would rather have my taxes go to the education of the young than have this buy condom for other people. In other words, I would rather spend 1000 pesos for the young people's education than spending 10 pesos for condoms. The latter is just plain foolishness.
Yes yes I know, the Bill is about educating people about ***. But do we really need a bill just to educate couples about whatever family planning? Heck no, and that what makes this bill so suspicious. Maybe another way for the corrupt officials to steal money from the people.

Why do we need the bill? Because we're already paying so much for the education from people who have so many children neither the parents nor the government can afford to give them a good life. Ang prisoner gani, pakan-on pa na 3x a day. Mahal gyud. Ang public students nato, wa tawon budget for snacks. Pero unsa-on taman di man puwede.

Naay bill nga supposedly for the overall good of society, dudahan nimo ang writers sa bill.
