Kadungog mo atong news a few years ago nga adunay 24 years old nga babay sa maryland, usa. 24 years old! na-ipit ang iya ulo sa escalator. namatay to sya, iya pangan andrea albright. e-check gani sa google. nya gikasa sa iyang parents ang establishment, nakadaug sila sa kaso, gibayran sila ug pila to ka-milyones, basta dakuuu.

anyway, i hope ok lang ang bukton sa bata sa sm. tawn inocente pa na-traumatized na.

wa sad bya ko katuo sa news the first time i heard it nga ulo ang na-aksidente sa escalator. mura ug binuang sa, i mean an escalator, gi-unsa pagkahitabo no, pero tinuod jud diay, and this is what actually happened. the old news article says, "Andrea Albright's head got caught between the escalator's handrail and the adjacent wall as she rode the escalator from the first to the second floor on June 15, 2002, a Saturday, while she was at work in the J.C. Penney store at the Mall in Columbia..." So, sayup ko when i said "na-ipit". sorry. and here's the link: fatal escalator accident

There was even a controversy regarding kiddy crocs (rubber sandals). I have seen photos in the net were crocs can be easily be eaten by escalators. and including the feet!!! if im not mistaken, there have been suits filed against the sandal brand in the U.S. involving these kind of accidents. I'm just wondering why only the sandal company and not the escalator company. Or maybe just both.

ang big fault ani kay ang escalator manufacturer. kay dili unta sila angay mu release ana nga escalator model kung maka ipit na. Cant blame the father of the kid or sm about it.
