naay update ani kung na unsa na ang bata..
Just keep in mind to not get too close to the side edge of the escalator coz that's where people usually get entrapped. We all know that kids love to mount on the side metal wall when they get on or play with the safety brushes, keep them nalang at the middle or carry them.
daghan man gud hobag sa sm mao kon papa padalhon sa kids ay nalang kay kandidato sa disgrasya hehe
I am a parent. It is my responsibility to PARENT my kid...that includes watching diligently over him..making sure that he does not get hurt.
Let us follow the thinking of "disgrasya man na...dili malikayan" .... why don't you let the kid cross the street by himself then? After all...kung maligsan... dili nimo sala as a parent...disgrasya bitaw... sala yan sa nakaligis sa bata. (DUH!)
You wouldn't right? And that is because.....?
Ultimately, the buck stops with the PARENT...NOT the establishment.
aw ug inana ka bogo nga parent imu palabngun imung anak nga bata pa! sa kalsada siya ra usa, imu jud nang sayop nga dako! pru disgrasya ghapon nga matawag nd ma blame na saimuha,
and having your kid's arm mangled because your eyes went a-wandering is not the father's fault?
always...always.... kuguson ang bata below 3 when going in and out of an elevator and on and off the escalator. danger lurks everywhere.
i remember the kid sa news a few weeks back... he was approached by ANOTHER KID and went missing for like 48 hrs yata thereabouts. he had a yaya AND his auntie with him then.... but neither had their eyes on him i suppose...kay sumama man sa girl na lumapit sa kanya. who would have thought that danger was clothed as a 12-yr-old girl?
the mall always warns us to be mindful of our stuff... beware of pickpockets... and we are. how can we be arrogant to think that the escalator or the elevator will not be dangerous just because we have been using it since time immemorial? *rolleyes*
it scares the **** out of me to think of anything bad happening to my son. he is so fiercely independent. even at a young age of 2... he did not want his hand held. what more now that he is 4 going on 40? he wants to explore things and people and sounds. the thing is... we are the parent...not the other way around. so when around anything mechanical/electrical...be extra mindful.
it is sad...the father must be beside himself with grief.... let this be a lesson for us parents.
ga muni-muni ug ga paduding sa mga chix.
hehehe
