KInsa nakasabot aning Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain. Murag mao na man pd ni ang bag-o nga hot news, nga gipirmihan between Phil Government and MILF.. Concern lang ko ani taga mindanao raba ko.. Nganong nireklamo man mga taga Mindanao labi na tong under sa ARMM. Both ordinary citizens nga mga Christians and Muslims ngano kahang ni protest man sila ani..

Because it give more power to the MILF leaders over the said areas like collect tax, policing or just simply they can play their own little armed government.

Yeah, i heard the Muslims griped about this especially the land owners, they do not like this idea or latest development at all.

Ako taga mindanao gihapon. Basta dili ko ganahi sa MOA kay mudato samut mga muklo. Mga animas raba ang ka sagara. Abi nimo mga butan sila but dili. Piste ning National Government.

This deal will pave the way for a Bangsamoro State but if will not take effect until we ratify our constitution..

It will also be a prelude for the creation of other states.. In effect we will have a Federal Philippines.

kaning MOA is about expanding the present territory held by ARMM. kani sya is agreement between the MILF and the Republic of the Phils. represented by Gen. Esperon and others. if u wud recall kaning ARMM sad naform kay si NUr Miswari nangusog ani sa una.Si Miswari sad naging first chairman sa ARMM.
unsay affected areas sa expansion? according to the news (based sa documents available sa media, since ila man jud ni iconfidential), naay mga barangays presently belonging to North Cotabato, Zamboanga, Iligan, even Palawan, etc. nga maapil na sa expanded territory. these places are predominantly christians man so di sila sugot nga kuhaon ning mga barangays from them and iapil sa expansion. but the RP peace panel headed by Esperon argued nga muslim barangays daw ni, so these should be included. mao na nagkagubot sila. ang vice gov sa North cotabato, followed by other political leaders sa Zamboanga and Iligan filed sa Supreme Court petitions para ma-enjoin (ma-stop muna) ang signing sa MOA.

ang problem man gud aning MOA is wala giconsult ang affected areas. affected areas meaning not only those nga maapil sa expansion BUT katong makuhaan ug territory. dli ba affected jud sila? mao na nifile sila sa supreme court ug petition para icompel ang peace panel to give them official copies aning MOA, para makahibawo jud sila unsay effects ani sa ilahang territory if ever.

this expansion will not really solve the peace problem, magcreate lng ni ug more hostilities. in fact, niatake recently ang MILF sa north cotabato, coz vocal man si vice gov pinol sa iyahang oppostion. and what did the military do? nagduhaduha pa kng idefend sila, kay wala daw order "galing sa taas." so meaning kng mo-disagree diay sa MOA, bisan atakihon mo sa rebelde, bahala na mo! paet!

also this expansion seems to show that we are slowly giving in to the demands of these rebels -- into giving them independence. even if they term it autonomous region or administrative region lang, the fact is -- we are giving them the power and the confidence nga sila nay maghari hari aning territoryo. are we creating a state within a state?
