i hope ana unta ila thinking pod no like ours....pero dri bisan newly grad ka ky daghan naka daan responsibilities ky di bya parehas ato na plete ra ta jeep ug pabuhi usa sa parents while waiting for a job. sila ky naa man na expectation ila parents na ky ang maka-college dri ky ang previlege ra bya!

to get around u need a car and that wud mean, it needs to be insured, gas and maintenance (tho d permi except ug padad-an ka ug notice na time na nimo magpa-emission test ky law na nila dri...wa ka choice), in submitting ur CVs ky computer printed na, stamps, printed paper & envelopes etc... i dont think ila parents padayon gasto ani? lahi sila culture ba!

yeah.. I would agree that we have different culture.... but I think and I believe in U.S they have their own buses too.. its just their pride maybe... feel like rich even if they're not... actaully sa U.s most people are dependent to what we call credit cards and loans thats why they always look rich.. so I think student from U.S can do like ride on a bus everyday and live with their parents.. but as we all know in U.S when you're 18 you should be independent na.. its really up to each person to work hard and start from the scratch... ang pride lang maybe ...

@jlodarl: true US have buses but not all cities do have good public transportation and sa mga state na 4 season perti gyud kalisod labi na sa winter. u have to w8 sa bus stop for hrs. ky mostly madelay.

regarding those credit cards, when u are still dependent sa parents and no work at all ky magsalig na sila sa parents credit score to get a credit card.

but this scenario, basi wa gyud siguro ni tubag sa iya resume's ug wa na sya ika gasto to make more!!!

bottom line nila dri, ky maniguwang nalng ka ug binayad sa gobyerno sa imo college loan. ang uban ky di ka-agwanta mao mag emotional breakdown.

yes, u can say that ky taas ta ug tan-aw sa ato kaugalingon diha atong nasud. sa atong propesyon bisan unsa kagamay ky feel nato ang dignity.

but i dont know, if kung naa ka sa laing nasod and u have nothing left...no resources to go on, i dont know if ul say the same thing.

mao na problema sa pinoy.. mu prefer nalang na mag nameta2x arong hungitan ug trabaho..

if u have to, start small. build urself a strong foundation.
careful not to spread yourself too thin.

ang pinakadaghan na trabaho sa world kay entry level jobs..
