    sis, better if u take it 2x a day sa imo first week db maglipong2x lagi daw ka sa ka gutom..

    Hoi CL... ayaw palabi ana uy... kuyaw nag side effects... maipa mag gym nalang ka... hehe

    cge kaon midnight snack mga kadlawn... para pyter... hehe

    ka try nako ling zhi sauna sa happy herbs sad nako gipalit.

    nahurot gyud nako ang usa ka box..hehe.. sa first 2 weeks kay 2x a day then 1x a day dayon.. ubay2 gyud ni.comment na nanambok ko kay nanghupong man gyud akong nawong..

    side effects: kusog mokaon, maayo ang katulog, red patches will come out sa skin, frequent mabikogan..

    kung mo-recommend ko ani? ayaw nalang.. kay dako ug chance mo niwang if moondang ug take ani.. ok raman ang niwang kung mao gyud ang built important thing is walay sakit

    naah... gym gani is to firm imong lawas... dili ka mo da-ug ug samot ana uy.....
    if mag gym ka.. gaan ka nilag guide in what vitamins you should take... ayaw lang palabi ug padaku muscles kai basin mura na nya kag bayot tan-awon.. ahaha...

    kaisa kung pa tambok ka... ma imbalance imong figure.. plus kana imo ge inom basin naa nai side effect nah simbako magpa ospital nya na nimu.... or will damage ur skin or unsa bah.....

    nya sugot lang ka ana tambok to-ud ka pero daghan kag sakit sus.... haha
