step 1: apply to any call center first... ok lang mahagbong ka...

step 2: enroll mo sa TESDA call center kay libre na sya (sponsored by the government), just show a proof sa TESDA that you "failed" sa imong gi-applayan nga call center

step 3: when you graduate, TESDA will endorse you to top notch call centers in Cebu (kung naa ka karon sa cebu)
