1. Changing of the headlight assembly to an aftermarket design - aftermarket designs usually changes the look of the vehicle. much more kung headlight assembly pa gyud. usually headlight aftermarket assemblies are installed to accommodate HID or very bright bulbs. mao na.
2. Changing of the rear shock absorbers. - i don't think this is a violation. what if kung naguba na diay nya imo ilisan ug bag-o? what may be meant here is kanang pang lumba nga shocks which is dili pwede.
3. Changing of the original rims to aluminum magwheels. - magwheels for motorcycles are only for racing. dili pwede.
4. Changing of the tires to wider and better compounds. - i don't think this is a violation. same like sa awto. unless pang racing imo tires di gyud na pwede.
5. Changing of the footpegs to aftermarket rearsets - i don't think so.
6. Changing of the light bulbs to brighter brands - not a violation unless its HID or something like that ky suwaw na sa imo kasugat. kuyaw sa disgrasya. same sa awto.
7. Changing of the front wheel fairings to an aftermarket design. - most do this ky para pang racing. di pwede.
8. Changing of the brake discs to a larger diameter for more accurate braking. - again, very large brake discs are only for racing. that's why it's a violation.
ALL these u mentioned from 1 to 8 is more or less modifying the orig design for "racing" (or if u didn't intend to race, just the looks) which is a clear violation...common sense.
SCOOTERS are supposed to look and function like, well, scooters.
actually this is long overdue. it's about time we erase this mentality that scooters can be modified anytime to make it look like a racer or function like one.
