    when was the time that it was easy to apply for a hospital work in phil.? it's been quite some time naman guro na ana tungod ky permi man surplus ta sa nurses. never na nahitabo as far as i know. though pattern ra man ni ron ang nahitabo sa retrogression. naa pa man daghan countries nangita cguro. lisod lang gyud ang hospital exposure dira sa ato and we know this exposure is needed for any applicant who wishes to go abroad.

    this is a good choice, might be costly on ur end kung sige ka-apil for certification lang but it will pay off gyud ky madevelop imo skills.

    ..unfair kaayo ni namong mga nurses nga wa untay planong mang-awol ue, nadamay nalng jud mi sa mga walay tarong nga mga nurses nga tuga2x ug apply ug call center then manghawa ra d i, ganahan unta ta mangapply, as in tinarong jud atong tumong, then d ta dawaton kay tungod nurse ka! sus! rason ba na? what if d i naa sad ka ikabuga sa ilang field as a call center agent? mao ra ba d i nay basihan? unfair lang jud kaayo,.. mao rana akong masulti.. y not give us a chance?? wat if d i mihawa kay d ganahan sa environment sa work? ma-pugos d i na nimo ang uban nga ning resign? employers have their right man sad about anang butanga dba? d man nimo mapugos nga mu-stay kung d na sila ganahan didto... haiz! share lang ko..

    gi generalized nila nga mang awol jud kasagaraan nurses! ako fren ay. job fair man to sa sykes sa country mol. pag submit nya sa resume pagkahibaw sa hr nga nursing grad wala na dawat ang resume! luoy au.... peru i think naa ra jud na sa taw ma nurse pa or dili kun gi unsa niya pag tubag sa interview or gi unsa niya pag char char.com sa interview!! hihihih ma sud ra ghapun na ui!!

    di pod ta ka-blame ky downfall man gyud na ron sa mga call centers tungod sa surplus. indeed, ma generalize but true, ari gyud na dag-on unsaon nimo pag convince employer sa imo interest to work for them wyl actually ur a nurse by profession. naa na sa ila mind, na mohawa ka eventually when ur chance of gud offer will come. lisod sa gyud na sa ila na side, production cost bya na ang training and they are paying for that, meaning company's expense na! kung d man lang say dugay....ngano gasto sila nimo?

    so explain to the max gyud ka to convince and gain their trust!
