how did i land on this job? simple. i applied and got hired eventually. prior to this, i took bs accountancy in USC, then stopped due to financial restraints. it's not related to what i'm working on right now, but my work pays me well. my job is quite good. relaxing and all, despite the hellish people i'm working with. right rish? don't mention anything to them, okay? if i'm not working in a call center, i'd probably still be a cafe attendant without salary increase... gosh!

ako sad if wa ko sa call center....naa jud ko sa McDounalds nag work...ganahan man ko sa spiel nila..."Thank you for coming at McDounalds Sir/Maam"....sa una pato kadtong nag school pako pag ka high school hehe!!!

Sus ngano man naa jud permi and initial word nga "thank you for" sako maganahan nga work hehe

If I were not working in a call center now, I would have still had that job that I have always dreamed of..

I had it, but I grasped it too tightly, and it slipped my hands... huhuhuhuhuhuhuhu

but the pay sucks and the people suck too..

though this job has equall sucky people as well.

mingling with suck people and doing sucky thingy task in a call center industry is part of the high pay hehe...
oh gosh i love my job wahahaha...i love the free bottomless milo and ice tea hahaha

well, it includes call monitoring, analysis and intervention. providing direct feedback to client and superiors.

-- oh id be stuck in Cebu Holdings Inc. with a very low pay, lame co-workers and superiors who are power-tripping..

just for everyone's knowledge, there's no such thing as "bottomless" for beverages. it's called refillable, not bottomless. the glass or mug or cup or whatever has its bottom. it's just that whenever you have consumed or drank everything, you ask for a refill. that's why it's called refillable.

I once told my Boss, it's just so unfortunate that am not part of your circle of friends (di man gud nya iprocess ako recomendations for promotion), adto nag away mi...but i got what i deserve...to the extend nga nag away mi...
