OEM license it a deal between microsoft and dell, HP, or IBM....I bought my PC sa dell....I did knowing i also bought the rights for that software.....that OEM crap is between microsoft and dell, HP, IBM etc.... not between microsoft and me....I own the rights to that software and paid for it.....kung barato wala ko labot ana....
yeap! its an agreement between the software vendor and the hardware vendor and by installing the oem licensed software to other rival or clone empty machine u sabotage their agreement and that you are liable to that. am sorry but you dont own the software you only owned the hardware havent u ever wonder why OEM license are cheaper compared to the other ordinary license?Originally Posted by Zirv
Yah then they are misleading me....False advertisement is a crime....I can arrange a class action suit for that....I bought the hardware and the software....Why would they let me choose which software to put in my PC...
It wouldn't stand in any court....If its between microsoft and dell....Then why should I pay for the software....I should get if for free...
If I own the hardware I should stop paying for the software.....Since I pay dell for the software they put in it... Then Its mine... If its free then I won't install it on the next pc I buy...
Check this out and tell me if its illegal....

The COA is the certificate to register the software under your name. It comes with A COA STICKER TO PLACE ON THE COMPUTER.have you read these line in link that u gave? so logically u still have to purchase a hardware that they are selling. now if u only buy that oem licensed software install it then put sticker without the qualified hardware that they sold in it so its still illegalBy purchasing OEM software from us you are providing us with your assurance that you are acquiring the qualifying hardware.
if you checked it out the qualifying hardware could be a pc mouse only....I mean did you really think they are selling it with a PC?
nope! thats why i always said the word "hardware" instead of using the word "PC" and do u think of a mouse is it a software or a hardware? and as ive mentioned before its an agreement between the software vendor and the hardware vendor and ..... duh!!! kapoya balik balik istorya oi!
so pwede nako gamiton ang mouse sa lain computer nya didto pud nako i-installkay mouse man ang kuyog sa Windows XP....Mas maayo diay ni kay mouse ra ako kuyogon nya palit ko ug brand new clone PC....
pwede nako tapad lang sa new Clone Pc ang mouse kay palit man ko ug lain nga mouse pud or dapat connect gyud nako ang mouse sa Clone Pc?
