    2. Fillers Gawd they fill the 100+ eps with loads and loads and loads of episodes

In the long run why dont they stop while they're ahead? Do most anime stop because of financial reasons?? But wouldnt it have been great to see (insert anime name here) continue on?

    Any thoughts?
    1. No its not overkill, especially if its done right.

I'd like to point out that if you've seen Code Geass & Gundam 00, the creators of those two (Sunrise) have decided to use a 2 season format with each season has roughly 25 episodes.

IMHO, this might actually become the trend cguro in the near feature. Before baya aning Code Geass & Gundam 00, Sunrise used to produce a 50 episode season example: Gundam Seed & Gundam Seed Destiny.

BTW, I can't even stand watching a 50 episode anime series. I prefer the 25-episode or even less na variety. So to watch 100 episodes I must really like the series to go for it.

Exceeding the 100 eps limit is ok for me. But it's a risky move. Some fans may like it. Some might not. Well, maybe the staff has a good reason of doing it. Like, the fans response, perhaps.
    Well, to each his own.
It all depends on the story. Some might like it, some might go.. :/ meh.

one example for me is detective conan. stoped watching the series episode 80+ coz its the same "monster of the week" platform. Its interesting at start but it bores me later on.
Now its 300+ i think, and I dont know if Ran already knew about Conan.

For naruto and bleach fans out there, I found the fillers corny. One piece, OK ra bisag filler.

    My opinion though.

It really depends on who's watching the Anime. Most of the time I get turned off by anime that exceeds 60 episodes. Maybe if there's clear delineation between seasons, then that's ok. These days, I really enjoy watching OAVs which have a limited number of episodes.

    50+ = bati.....kapoy tan-aw....

it depends na lang sad sa story
