Still too early in the offseason. Remember kato inyo blockbuster trade came in Feb. With your current lineup, I really don't see a need to add another player. Except maybe you guys need to sign Vujacic. ASAP.

And don't worry about Artest. You guys don't need him defensively coz you'll be having a monster in A. Bynum manning the middle.

i think a defensive player like Artest can tightened the LAKERS perimeter defense,with him and Kobe.so i think another good defensive player can make the LAKERS defense a lil bit solid...so we need a good perimeter defender.

While I agree that adding another perimeter defender only makes the Lakers better *defensively*, I attribute the defensive lapses made during the Finals as 1st-time jitters. The Lakers were 2-3 games (sorry kalimot na ko sa actual score ato ila finals ) away from winning a championship and IMO should keep the core of players intact. Kobe is an awesome wing defender by himself. Save your money as they've already hit luxury tax territory (I think) with the current lineup.

But again, that's only me talking.

i agree sa imo point bro,pero si Kobe ra isa mo depensa nza siya pa jud sa offense sa LAKERS.ang LAKERS last finals wala jud defensive specialist like Bowen,Raja Bell,Posey,etc.si Ariza unta but gikan sa injury dili pa kaau healthy.i think we really need a defensive player para dili kaayo mahago si Kobe sa defense,cuz nagkatiguwang na siya.pero i still agree nga maayo ra man ang line up sa LAKERS.pwede ra pod walay usbon.
