well i am used to be happy with my work for the last 5 years i am currently working for...

but since this year 2008, i am no longer happy sa akong work. i have issues regarding my official travel... what i don't understand is "ngano ang mga byahe nako perti na kaayu kalit?!?" kay sa previous years, we were informed for our travel at least 1 week before sa akong travel date... pero now, usahay akong supervisor mosulti nalang og "byahe ka ugma." huh?? ma-kalitan nalang ka... imagine if makalitan ka, unya dili ka prepared? unya pag process pa jud sa imong travel allowance will take time... madugay lang sa pirma sa checke... mao na usa sa hasul plus your time to prepare for travel, magkara-kara ka...

so far sa among office, wala pa man meeting sa among department... kay once naa meeting, i will raise this issue...

to think, ka-resignon na baya ko sa akong current work...

Sus, brad/sis. I know wat u'r feeling ryt nw. D bosses work soooooooooooooooooooooooo slow and forget a lot!! always lng sila nka stambay sa STARBUX or yosi-yosi, 2hr lunch+break(or more)looking bc,looking stressed,yosi takes off d "stress".....even have "quickies" during ofc hrs w/der ofc mate/s...semi 1 nyt stand..NINJA MOVES!!!! wow!

see? where were we? oh, i almost 4got....your promotion....see? even telling this story makes me almost forget....dat's why u didnt get promoted......alibi: u didnt make it....real issue: your supporting documents werent processed on time.......do they get reprimanded? HELL NO! Why? wala nang "quickies" next tym..(or anything of d lyk)..ganun lng......i2? sus....think again......

Promotion and false hope - synonymous......

in d nxt few months (or yrs)u suddenly get prmoted...why? to make up for their mistakes... if you ask again about your previous promotion, sasabihin lang nila: "ok lang yan..level 2 kana ngayon eh?"

How about ang "boss" nga grabe kau ka powerful? Nga halos tanan iya g.control? Iya mga tao kay murag buttons sa remote control. Running a company nga mura siya ug tag.iya. Pataka ug buot2x. Murag way rules nga g.sundan.

Though, dli ni ako nga issues pero I know about their complaints. Unsa inyo masulti ana?

uso sab diri sa office namo dinaotay ug taw para ma-tang2x sa trabaho.

as in grabe jud! makuyawan lagi ka every time you do something bad kay sure nga ma-abot na sa management, even something personal ipa-abot na sa management....
