Also take note of those PUJs nga pwerteng dugaya mohunong para mohuwat ug pasahero. The designated areas are for passenger loading and unloading only but it was not intended for PUJs to wait for passengers.

Ireklamo pud ni nga mga PUJs. The fare is increasing and so should their service.

I just wondering kung asa ta ka reklamo sa atong mga complains to some drivers here in Cebu who charged an overpricing fare to their passengers. I tried to call to LTFRB offce, 231-6221 but a lady answering the call instructed me to call 232-6074. When I tried to call the said number, the number dosn't seem to work. Maluuy ko everytime I see poor passengers arguing with the arrogant drivers and conductors about the fares which seems to be overpricing, mao nga gusto unta ko mo tabang by calling or complaining it to LTFRB pero murag taman ra man ni sila istorya sa media?

I have an example case just this morning on my way to work. The jeepney bearing a plate number of GXF-258 from Compostela to Highway charged a fare of Php20 which I thought an overpriced. Normally it is just Php18 (before it's Php16). Poor passengers complained but they were no matched with the very arrogant driver and his conductor. The same thing happens last month, but when I tried to call LTFRB, they just passed me arround.

PhP18 is even kulang maam. Come to think of it, from Compostela to Highway is 18km. Sa ato pa, PhP8 for the first 5km plus PhP13 for the rest of the 18km-5km. So it should be PhP21 not PhP18. Mao na problema sa uban, mao pa gihatagan ug pabir sa driver, mao pa moreklamo. If naay dapat ireklamo, ang LTFRB mismo kay ang ilang taripa wala mocoincide sa real number of kilometers. Pataka lang sila himo ug taripa nga walay klarong tamdanan sa gilay-on.

Asa ireklamo ang mga overcharging taxi?

I had a recent experience. I hailed one from Labangon going to airport. Usually 180.00 ra gyud na siya. But pagsakay nako, giingnan ko sa driver nga ang airport mam kay 250.00. Gi ingnan nako siya nga monaug nalang ko kay di man diay sya metro. I got his plate number. Gisave nako sa akong cellphone aron unta maka reklamo ko. But I don't know asa nako ni iforward.
