Actually it all depends on your current financial outlook. A few years ago, when employment opportunities for myself were bleak at best, I'd definitely agree with the people here who feel they don't want to live in the Philippines anymore, and find some "promised land" and "greener pasture". But recently, a streak of fortunate circumstances have persuaded me to consider continue living here and perhaps living here for good. And to think I'm not even that nationalistic.

i believe our country needs a good leader inorder for us to get back to the track.. Philippines for me is not a good place to live in!!
There's no place like home. It's good to raise a family in a conservative yet open minded country.
kung naa lang koy stable ug high-paying job dinhi--enough to buy my dreamhouse, car, (ug yacht pud...hehehe) and send my sister to college--di gyud ko molarga....
Cebu is paradise...the people, the nightlife--di siya as lively ikompara sa ubang lugar, but it suits my taste perfectly well...
Bisag asa paman cguro lisod man. Like OFW wala sila laing buhaton ngadto kundi TRABAHO-TRABAHO-TRABAHO. Unlike sa pinas we can enjoy life wid our family and friends ngadto WALA. TRABAHO-TRABAHO-TRABAHO.
for me 50/50, the nice thing here is the weather so alternatively I like to live in Singapore
