Are online job application sites really effective?

jobstreet worked in my experience. I just made sure that I qualified on the requirements.

But online applications only helps up to the initial interview stage, the rest would have to be a lot of perspiration and 1% luck

Unsaon pag himo sa letter ani? I mean, ingon ani-on:

or Dear Mr. Doe or Ms. Sy

si Mr. Doe na lang tingali ang i-address...

or

Mr. Doe:

just indent the "Thru:" line ....
