    i say, weight-lifting is a better way of losing fats than cardio exercises. aside from both exercises burn calories, weight-lifting builds muscles while cardio does not. person with more muscles burn more calories than person with less muscles. so if you want to be lean and stay lean... weight lifting is the way to go!

    basically naa diay na sa diet..obviously parisan gud ug exercise.. hehehe.. if gusto ka muscles kaon ka daghan.. if gusto ka fat loss kaon ka gamay.. you can't gain muscle and lose weight at the same time.. unless...

    if fat loss di mn necesary eat ka gamay..kay mu gamay sd imu size...ma sayang imu muscle nga na gain... i think, eat lean foods lang...limit your carbs, sweet foods, salty foods...

    a balance of Diet, Cardio, and Weight training is best. But if you only can choose one...
    I'd say Cardio.
    We are talking about just plain loosing weight.
    If you do Weights, you change fat to muscle which weighs even more than the fat.
    So as long as you burn more calories than you stuff down your throat, you will loose weight.

    So, start running... pump some iron just to tone your muscles and watch what you eat.

    you're right bro, pero just to clarrify arun dili maglibog ang uban

    there's no such thing as changing fats to muscles...it's not possible because these are to different kinds of cells... you can only burn the fats while feeding the muscles
