Ang kay edgeowns ani siguro, and also what I believe as per my research, mas maayo ang CASEIN protein compared to WHEY protein before bed because of the release. As mentioned, WHEY is fast absorbing as compared to CASEIN which is slow digesting protein. You're right orcgod mgfasting man ta if matulog, so if you drink WHEY after 2 hours wala naka protein? because fast absorbing man na sya, where as if you drink CASEIN, you're body will have protein hantud sa mamata ka in the morning. But then again as wisechoice pointed out, different strokes for different folks, kung asa ka hiyang didto ka.
