Funny. I drink Fit and Right daily, yet prior to developing a liking for it, I was already very light--always weighed between 94-96 pounds since I was in college. Hmmmm, does this mean if I keep on drinking this stuff, I'll be lighter?
If so, great, I'll keep drinking it--perhaps the time will come when all I need to do is to flap my arms and I'll be able to fly

either way i don't know anyone yet.. naka lose ug weight tunog sa fit n' right.. katong isa ra man ka ingredient ila gi hambog... diabetis ra man padong.an ani styla..
suwai.. cut any source of sugar.. including fruits and ect.. tanawa.. mo lose gud ka ug weight..

sakto ni xa kay mao na nakabutang sa commercial sa lower right portion. you cant lose weight just by drinking it. it only helps and those people na naa sa commercial came from their Del Monte Fit and Right camp were they have to undergo diet as well as exercise sila everyday.
pero kabaw mo pipz.. anybody can lose weight basta naa lang kay discipline sa imo self. on what to eat or not.. or shall i say...when to stop eating..ehehe^^ somtimes we tend to eat more eventhough wala na gutoma..nyahaha..mura igo ko ato dah..tsk tsk..
