tinuod na urine theraphy bai. there are books about that. I heard sad about sh*t theraphy and mas effective daw sa urine theraphy, but kaluod sad ana uy.

as far as i know, urine carries stuff our bodies don't need and stuff that could be harmful if they stay in the body longer. that's why people with non-functioning kidneys die. that's why dialysis and kidney transplants are the solutions for such cases (so the body doesn't poison itself from the kidney's inability to function).

however, i have heard that in a shipwrecked at sea sitaution, you are supposedly better off drinking your own urine than seawater--because the salt concentration in sea water is more harmful to the body than urine. essentially, you choose the lesser evil.
