Lisod mn ng homemade sunblock oe.. dili ta ka sure sa SPF and di pod ta chemist.. palet nalang naa mai mga baratohon mga 300 ra..
1 cup Orange juice, 2 cups milk, 1 cup sand(put scotch guard on it and bake it and reapeat) and mix it all together. Put 1 cup of flower in there, as well as 2 eggs.and then mix it with your mixer, and apply to the desired area. I would say Apply lightly, and refrigerate this when you arent using it, When you apply it, put it on, letit sit for 2 minutes wash it off, and then your sun-blocked!
or you could do this(harder)
2 1/2 ounces coconut oil
1 1/2 ounces cocoa butter
1/2 ounce beeswax
4 ounces water
2 tablespoons zinc, oxide
25 drops grapefruit seed extract
vitamin E (optional)
Melt oil, cocoa butter & beeswax over medium heat. Add water slowly while mixing - mix until creamy, add other ingredients.
i have also heard aloe vera is great as a sunblock and after sun too. fresh aloe vera leaf is cut and the transparent liquid is applied all over the face , it dries quickly and its not greasy... you don't feel a thing.
aloe vera also has lots of vitamins like b complex...etc for healthy and glowing complexion
if you noticed the badjaos, puti ila nawong mora pastillas, they are applying the hinugas sa bugas on their face as a sunblock...or sometimes they grind the bugas with little water and apply it over their face...
kalisod ana oi.. either sticky ra kaau imong mabuhat or basin dili sakto ang SPF..palit nalang sa malls. unsa nga sunblock imong pangita? kanang pang dagat ? or pang lakaw2x lang.. naa man SPF ang mga lotions nowadays, like SkinWhite has SPF10 na.
