Mark, can you tell me more about DSC-F828? tagpila na cya.
murag mas cheaper mani kay sa camera ninyo..

Pwede kaha ni akon DSC-P93 butangan ug 30mm lens prehas sa SLR? naa ni available na adaptor (VAD-PED) .
im not familiar with the p series...i never went that road...used a few only and i didnt even take note of the models hehe so no i cant say for certain if u can or cannot do it.

F828 is cheaper than any dslr sold today of course
what would you like to know about it?
    specs/pics you can google it.

personal views on the f828...its a nice camera!
full featured slr-like functions (prosumer class)
optics are good...bit of purple fringing lang gyud ako problem with it but printing at 4r no issue there.
10x15 prints and larger mu gawas gyud nuon if ur not carefull.
    mechanical ring is nice.
macro is very very nice specially with the attachements i have to magnify up to 12x optically with focusing distance of 1mm (light source na ang problem sa ka duol hehe).
    builtin flash is fantastic also
for me the shutter lag is a pain but better than the f717.
focusing is bit faster than my old f717 also but still poor in low light thus it requires the use of its laser af assist which they calls hologram AF assist.
    battery life is very good.

    excellet shot of the waterfalls...

1st shot for me kinda disturbing the cloud formation on the top of the image...but intresting
better pa cguro cut the part out...the clouds on the center part looks very nice already.

3rd shot for me is washed out(coz of the window maybe)...color is wrong (needs to be corrected)...slight backlighting on the subject(jumpber)...lack of contrast.
however its still an impressive view and capture

    thanks

1st shot: hmm yeah i guess the the mid to bottom part of the picture does look better at that time i was just fascinated at how the clouds suddenly changed when i looked up..

3rd shot: yeah.. i was definitely correct it a little with some photoshop (not that it'll do me much good cause im a total newbie) was kinda surprised how the camera managed to focus(?) at the moving jumper and not get everything else get blurred.. I did set it to the what i call the "running man" camera mode..hehe for action shots.

I must admit that sharing pictures is fun. Hmm..to get an SLR for meself or not.. hmm.. maybe.. soon. haha those things are quite pricey.

for budget concious profecsionals and 'amature' or starting out photogrpahers and for female photographers...the 350D is an excellet camera!
kinda small for me but for many im sure will like it for that fact (small and light).
feature and function and capabiltiy is superb...bang for the buck!
you get more than what you pay for it(in a way hehe)
im also happy to note that 350D is actually built might well compared to its older cousin and its fast too!

btw, i have 350D i can give at 60,500 only with grip already brand new with full warranty. grip alone cost 8k so this is big savings!
