after i reformatted my xp, the sound has totally disappeared..
i have no idea whats wrong with it. before the reformat, everything was just fine.
help?

sakto jud! driver problem but make sure to install all the device drivers...not just the audio driver...

bro kani ang e apply...try to detect the soundcard dayun mo search mana xa sa driver then insert your mobo cd installer if built in imo gigamit kung pci gane naa jud na xa exclusive driver sa soundcard...tanx

As the others have set you have to hunt for the drivers of your sound card. If you have an internet connection and you know the make or model of you sound card you can download the drivers from the manufacturer's web site. Originally Posted by dunmatter
