ccc111@ whats your sub by the way? 4.5cubic box, try higher box tuning around 43 to to 45hz if you want accurate bass at that size.

For low bass go tune it around 33hz that would give you lots of lows

im using eD 13Ov.2's. My current box is about 4 cubes tuned to 35hz. I'm going to make a 4.8 cu ft box tmrw but the tuning will be at about 40hz. tuning a box low doesn't mean you'll get better lows though. I just found that out from an installer of about 25 years. my new box should give me really good lows.

yes, better if you can find a recone kit for it. then it will be back to orig.
