    @Rodion: This is a very good initiative for others to see and learn what smoking does to our body specially those that we don't see externally. A great thread form both smokers and non-smokers

    Try doing activities which you really like without lighting a stick. An example, some smokers turned to sports because it takes at least an hour of their time without lighting a stick as well as bawal sad sa venue like swimming. Other people below 30 yrs old who smoke and wants to quit tried to be addictive in video games instead

    Just an opinion
