Kapampangan ako tumira lang ako sa cebu and after six yrs i can speak litle and understand the language. Sir madali lang maghanap ng work dito kaya lang ngayon naghihigpit na sila dahil sa sobrang dami ng mga visit visa sa Dubai, nung time namin (2 yrs ago) medyo ok pa, pero ngayon starting August 1, mahigpit na and may bago silang pinalabas na new rule para sa mga visit visa.

RE: D80
- nindut ni cya bai dili ka magmahay ani, ako 2 ka anigo naa sila D40, ila mga lens(Nikkor 70-300mm, Sigma 70-300, Nikkor 50mm) kai dili mu autofocus sa ila. then amo gisuwayan sa ako D80, it works ni autofocus sila.

RE: Macro Lens
- its better it get the macro lens with 1:1 ratio, like the expensive Nikkor 60mm f2.8 or Sigma 105mm f2.8

@joven_david: I'll get a D80 along with a zoom macro lens on December. I want to practice all that I've learned from "How to o Everything with Digital Photography" by Dave Huss just using my Canon A630. I better learn how to drive with a PUJ before I drive with a Ferrari

Thanks for the macro lens tip kapatad. Miss mo na ba pastilyas galing ng San Fernando? Manyaman ya ni?

How to enhance colors and other stuff!!!



and here's the original picture :



The trick is...

first choose a photo that u want to enhance the colors....
then go
-image
-adjustments
-levels...

after that, try to play / adjust each channel and their arrows na tulo ka buok....

PS layers from top to bottom (essentials only, there are actually more layers but not needed to get effect)

1. Lightsaber effect (Blending Options -> Layer style -> Outer glow)
2. Photo taken under normal lighting (Filter -> Render -> Lighting effects & Blend mode: Lighten)
3. Photo taken under low-light

I need two photos because had I used only the low-light photo, adding the lighting effects wouldn't make Darth Maul's face any brighter. A flickr member pointed me to a lightsaber effect tutorial but I read articles that even the Star Wars movies made a mistake of not putting a glow in the wielders' faces when they turn on their lightsabers. So I played around with CS2's lighting effects filter until I got it "right" (still far from perfect). I still haven't figured out how to create user-defined shape for omni-lighting. Its default is circular.
