Hi guys, long time no hear...
Anyway, allow me to post a topic on being a businessman. I recently met a very successful entrepreneur. Check out this scholastic and professional background.
CPA
MBA
PhD in Economics
(all courses taken in Europe)
I mean, this guy is a pure Cebuano from Mandaue and come to think of it, he owns an auditing and consultancy firm here in Cebu. And what catched my attention while i was in his office was a framed article in freeman, which he composed, titled "YOU ARE A BUSINESSMAN? OH REALLY!?". And it did remind me of how wanna-be-entrepreneurs, most of the time, overlook the foundations of being in business. Being in business is good, especially the rewards, but why is it that alot of people start their own businesses but only a handfull of these people end up well in business. Maybe the problem lies on being knowlegable on the foundations of entrepreneurship.
What do you think?
