how true nga gikiha si biaño ug falsification of public documents? wala kaayo ko kakuha sa details ani nga issue. kinsay maka-clarify?

Sus if tinuod gikiha siya ug faslification of public documents, maka lusot ra gihapon ni siya kay pwerte ka marunong aning tawhana.I heard anad man ni siya ani nga style.If tinoud ni malilum ra gihapon ni like katong news na gikiha siya katong employee sa city hall iyang naanakan ug twins.Aw kung naa lang gyud strong evidence ani aw mag watch out lang gyud ni si Biano.Siya biya kusog ayo mo papel sa council.Magpa ka HERO morag korekek.Maayo unta tinud-on ni siya sa nikiha niya para katilaw pud ni siya.Ngano lagi ni botar mo aning mga itoy-itoy sa mga Ouano.

the hearing for this case (naanakan) i think is still going on. last time i heard about it is tua na sa manila ang case. correct me if i'm wrong.

sa sobra ka taas sa thread, wala nalang ko mu read. naa ba about sa trashcan dinhi?

well. the colors are cool but the trash are not. bisag imo pa i separate kay mao ghpon, i dungan ra ghpon tanan sa collector.lolz.

but yeah...better than no trashcan i guess pero murag.... nagkagubot na balik

Nagkagubot ug balik? Bahin sa? Trash collection ba? Wa man giod to ma hapsay in the first place sukad sa kang teddy pa nga panahon. For someone who has lived in the US for quite a while, Teddy somehow forgot how the garbage system worked.

The best way to prevent this is to collect garbage on separate days. Example: MWF- para madunot - TTH- para di madunot. Twice a month kanag mga butang nga dagko sama sa Matress/Sofa/Tukador etc etc kuhaon na. Basin sometimes di na kinahanglan kuhaonkay as the saying goes "Someones trash could be someone elses treasure".

Kami sige man gihapon mi recycle panagsa ma bungkag na lang ang basura kay maa may daghang mangukay.

I haven't heard much news about CARLO obstructing Mayor Cortes good plans lately.It's always BIANO,BIANO and BIANO on the news na pa pogi points.KINSA man gyud kuno ni si BIANO and why is it mag pa papel man gyud ni siya pirmi?GUsto siya mo sikat na sikat na man ni siya sa iyang kabua-ang.

Carlo to face charges for defending father

THE Office of the Ombudsman-Visayas has recommended the filing of a criminal case against Mandaue City Vice Mayor Carlo Pontico Fortuna for practising his law profession while holding a government office.

Fortuna represented his father, a former city councilor,who was facing charges at the Sandigan-bayan along with former mayor Alfredo Ouano.

Fortuna is facing char-ges for his alleged violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act filed by Ariston Cortes III.

Graft Investigator Phi-lip Camiguing found that Fortuna, who was a councilor then, violated Republic Act 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991.

Conflict

The Code prohibits lawyer members of the city council to use their profession in cases that involve government officials.

This is viewed as a conflict of interest since his father’s opponent in the case is the government.

Camiguing’s recommendation was approved by Assistant Ombudsman Virginia Palanca-Santiago.

Santiago said that even if Fortuna was granted the permission to practice his profession, he wasn’t on official leave when he attended the hearing at the Sandiganbayan on Aug. 14, 2003.

But Fortuna was cleared of the administration aspect of the case by being elected in the last elections.

The criminal aspect of the case, which is his engaging in unlawful practice of his profession, remains. (DRT)
