    stop seeing the people that you smoke with...or decide that you'd quit together...spend your cigarette money on other things (more beer?) hehehe

    ni quit nako for 8 months na mao ni ako gibuhat.

    1.mag aim ka ug date nga mo stop ka.start jud sa monday ayaw start ug weekend kay matintal ka if mag nightout ka.
    2.if luod after kaon,lakaw sa place nga dili pwede makasigarilyo,like mag internet ba ka then mag surf2x ka para imo brain ma divert sa lain dili sa craving.
    3.buy something sweet or kanang ma chew after kaon nimo.
    4.if makatupad ka ug manigarilyo then kanahan ka palayo jud.e divert imo mind about something healthy.hunahunaa nga baho ang panigarilyo.
    5.always think negative about outcome sa panigarilyo.
    6.sports and exercise regularly.

    mao ra na bro...in a week makaya na nimo.tiguma ang money nga ma spent nimo sa sigarilyo in a week then e buy ug something...para naa kay makita nga thing sa wala nimo panigarilyo.

    thanks kaau mga bro sa advice, i'll try it. naka hunong naku sa una mga 1month ra kutob, kay kani lagi kuyog sa amigo every sat. night. natental gyud, mao karon grabe na kaau ko mo cigarilyo. pero karon i'll take ur advice mga bro. tnx kaau.

    @GT: bro ayaw jud sugod ug stop ug weekend kay matintal jud ka.maau na mo start kay monday cuz if mulaag ka weekend ma think nimo na usik kaayo ang 5 days from monday to friday nimo nga wala ka mo smoke.so naa kay excuse nga dili ka mo smoke.so imo mapadayon nga maka antos jud ka.kaya ra lagi na nimo bro...i wish u luck psychology ra nang sigarilyo makaya ra na nimo e overcome.

    ayaw palit cigarilyo para ma stop ka...think lang nga usik kau kwarta nimu cge ka sunug imu kwarta....

    mangayo rman... lol... for me, no plans of letting go from it.. gamit au nko ang smoke...(helps me think straight, wagtang stress) ^_^ sa mga smokers kasabot ani...
