We certainly need a president whose credibility is intact. Â*But questioning Arroyo's crediblity and failing to discount it (take note) does not diminish her credibility. Â* More so, if the party questioning it also has credibility issues. Â* Trust me, the president's accusers are no less rapacious as you claim GMA is. Â*And for a fact, they are willing to move heaven and earth to unseat Arroyo to satiate their esurient need for power. Â*

No, the palace gardener is not a good replacement for Arroyo. Â*We should replace GMA with the palace cook if that's what you are saying. Â*At least the palace cook is so used to the grilling, the cooking, the boiling, the brewing and the endless heat in the kitchen for I'm sure, whoever is in that presidential seat will be subjected to the same unforgiving, malicious, unscrupulous wrath of the ravenous opposition.

Don' t even dare to discount the issue. Â*Robbers are robbers, no matter what and when they steal. Â* It doesn't make any difference. Â* The only thing that matters is--one is merely accused; the other one is guilty. Â*Get it?

me grandstanding? do you think i'm a congressman or a leftist?
and you call this political issue an irrational one? If you are not one of GMAs people or official... it's sad to note that you see this issue as an irrational one. tsk... tsk... tsk....
Yes you are grandstanding. No, I think you are neither of both but you are still grandstanding on the issue.

The issue is irrational.Â* Let me define irrational for you (as quoted from Webster's College Dictionary---the right word everytime) IRRATIONAL- lacking the faculty of reason; lacking sound judgement or logic.

And that's exactly what it is.Â* Need I say more?

That's there should be an impeachment, so that the whole conversation will come out... but oh well your GMA is also afraid of the truth... If the opposition is afraid of the truth so is your GMA.
Well, I suppose, that if only the opposition did the right thing at the start, this could well be over by now.Â* But it's as clear as the blue sky, that they wanted more than their so-called "truth", by making dubious allegations and parading fallacious whistleblowers, doing every pace in a premeditated timely fashion and so-called evidences mushrooming here and there.Â* How can you not make some sense out of it?Â* I guess you really have to be either stupid or crazy not to figure it out.Â* But that's okay.Â* Some people are just not mentally equipped to decipher the truth from hearsay and vice versa.Â* People have their own political inclinations and some let their political convictions paralyze their judgement.Â* To some it doesn't bother them anymore that some politicians are merely politicking as opposed to standing for the people's truth.

The law is the law. It maybe harsh but it is the law.Â* And that's exactly why the impeachment did not prosper.Â* Â*The failure of the impeachment should be attributed to the opposition who slept on their jobs.Â* Don't you ever wonder why they cannot even get the 79 votes?Â* They walked out of the session hall like little kids throwing their tantrums.Â* Why? Desperation.Â* Desperation.Â* Desperation.Â* Â*Desperate times demand desperate measures and they thought walking out will open the doors to another uprising by the Filipino people to somehow solicit another People Power.Â* Â*But it was not perceived by many the way they hoped it would be.Â* Now they're staging again all sorts of rallies to keep the spirit alive because the opposition, sadly, is losing its momentum as well as popular support.

Wether it's customized or not... does it prove that GMA did not call Garci and asked him to fix the votes? don't think so....
Well, any so-called "truth" that is customized is not the truth.Â* It is indeed meant to suit someone's agenda.Â* Again it is definitely not the truth.Â* Â*And you cannot make it as a measuring stick to gauge one's guilt or innocence.Â* Unless of course you think,Â* we're a community of fools.Â* The ugly thing is, the opposition wants to make the impossible, possible.Â* They would stop at nothing just to achieve their game plan of unseating the president even if it meant stalling the nation and its people's progress by dragging the issue to its last straw.Â* Aren't we tired yet?

And their version of their truth cannot even prove that Arroyo fixed the votes because it's lame and feeble.

Yeah... let's do that i don't care if the opposition will be covered beyond recognition.Â* But as I say... GMA is also afraid of the truth?
Why not? But as I've said, the opposition had their chance and they blew it.Â* Â*They were sleeping on their jobs.

I think that everyone who is not telling the truth should be afraid of the truth be it GMA,Â* the opposition, the so-called "whistleblowers", the congressmen and all the scumbags.
I think that's fair enough to say.Â* But to categorically say that Arroyo is afraid of the truth, I don't necessarily share the same view.

All I say is let all public officials be accountable.
    Definitely. Authority breeds accountability.

In the courts yeah... but we as the public has his/her own public opinion.Â* I guess ERAP was not convicted yet right?Â* But why is he thrown out of the office?Â* Because the public have judge him guilty.Â* You call it Banana Republic?Â* Yeah GMA is the president of the Banana Republic.
I know, but we are governed by the rule of law and not the rule of mobs, thus, it is never acceptable to convict somebody through trial by publicity.Â*

Erap travelled his road in our nation's past, and right now I don't have the appetite to feast on his issues.Â* Â*

Yeah, pretty soon we will be a banana republic if the opposition with its exorbitant need for power, prospers with its political maneuvers.Â* It will be a grim day for the Filipinos.Â* God forbid, it's not gonna happen.

for all you know it was the opposition who helped garci leave the country. nanawag baya si loren niya ug si escudero.
mao ba? How did do that and why?Â* What a nice conspiracy theory you got there... CRAP

If the opposition is in control of Garci... they could have just instructed him just like Zuce, nga i-sabit si GMA nga nanikas jud silang duha. There maybe some grain of truth in that.Â* It's like watching a puppet show.Â* It's not impossible that influential people from the opposition could very well be pulling the strings from behind like a puppet master.

and GMA is willing to move Hell and Heaven together just to stay in power.
Well, GMA definitely had to move the HELL of lies that the opposition is putting her in and she's doing it with unflinching spirit worthy of a president.

yeah you are right... robbers are robbers... cheaters are cheaters... now who was/is guilty?

Are you willing to convince me that GMA is not guilty?
NO. Convince yourself.Â* You owe that to yourself.Â* Meanwhile, I'll sit back, relax and take the time to smell the coffee.

Robbers and cheaters are already "trademarked".Â* I like the "GMA" brand.

It so shameless.Â* It is law proof, moral proof, delicadeza proof, arrest proof and truth proof.Â*

    Ha ha ha ha ha.

Yes you are grandstanding. No, I think you are neither of both but you are still grandstanding on the issue.
Call it grandstanding, pasikat, making a big issue about it... I'm just saying what I think is right...

This issue is not just about a president who was caught kissing, or a president caught playing in a casino.Â* The issue is all about a President who is accused of using her power in bastardizing the election.Â* A very basic right of the people, she has sworn to uphold the constitution.
if for you cheating, using her power and people's money in an election is not a big issue... for me it's not...

Or you just don't care because it's GMA and the issue came from the opposition... of course, who would expose the dirty works of the administration?Â* Are you expecting the first gentleman to do it?Â* Â*

Don't you ever wonder why they cannot even get the 79 votes?
because the opposition doesn't have enough money?

IRRATIONAL- lacking the faculty of reason; lacking sound judgement or logic.
Can you explain further why it is irrational?Â* you can help a lot if you could explain a bit further.

NO. Convince yourself.Â* You owe that to yourself.Â* Meanwhile, I'll sit back, relax and take the time to smell the coffee.
will I am convince that GMA cheated, how will you know GMA is doing something wrong?Â* Are you expecting a senator/congressman from the administration to say that GMA cheated?

Here's so many reasons why I believe GMA indeed used Garci.
    - She appointed Garci months b4 the election which was bypassed by the Commission on Appointments a couple of times.
    - Bunye in a desperate attempt to destroy the Garci recording even presented a conversation between Gary (supporter) and GMA, which was clearly a fake.
    - The places mentioned in the tape are the same places questioned during congress canvassing.
    - The places mentioned suspectingly have a very high voters turnout, imagine a place with a voter turnout of more than 80-100%.
    - GMA in an attempt to calm down the people... said "I'm sorry" without saying who the person she was talking to. Was it Garci?
    - The AFP,PNP and NBI never did an investigation to this wiretapping.
    - Garci left...

now can you counter this events? Do you have any logical explanation to this one?

All GMA could say is that she did not cheat because foreign observers said so...

Never mind if it's a web of lies for as long as it's what the opposition propagates.
Are you trying to say that the opposition is always telling the lies and the administration is the truth?

And now one of the pro-impeachment supporter is the daughter.
Chavit Singson was a jueteng lord, that does make ERAP not guilty?

I haven't seen anyone who is as equally competent and compassionate a leader as Arroyo to better run this nation.
She may be the most intelligent, most competent and most compassionate but no one is above the law... if she committed something she is still accountable. Marcos was very intelligent, competent but look at what he had done and was he spared?

Day in and day out, the opposition has fed you with lies and more lies, so basically you can only see one side of the equation.
and the administration has feed you with truth and nothing but the truth. like
    - Waving to the public "This is the original and this is the fake."
    - I did not talked to a comelec official... after a few weeks "I'm sorry" without even naming the person.
    - Malacañang did not know the whereabouts of Garci... yet Bunye said when asked if Garci is still alive he said "I'm sure he is alive".
    - GMA asked her secretaries to tender their resignation so that she can have a free hand... so far who are only replaced?
    - A GMA (Chavit)supporter showed the public a conversation about a plan to unseat GMA. Yet it was clearly a fake.
    - Another GMA (Defensor)supporter showed the public that a US expert have found out that the wiretapped conversation is spliced... yet it was his only Filipino expert (may sayad) who said so.

So many truth coming from the administration. And btw what lies coming from the opposition regarding this issue have you proven?

Can you assure me that a better leader is at hand to steer the wheel of governance according to the people's needs and expectations? Sadly, the answer is a big NO.
And can you assure also that if it is GMA, she can steer the wheel of governance according to the people's needs and expectations? I bet it is still a big No.

But you know what, no amount of sensible talk can change your minds.
This also applies to you... I'm more willing to gamble my future on Noli than to let GMA getaway just by a mere fact that the opposition is the one who exposed the issue. If you trust GMA you should trust Noli... she was the one who personally picked Noli to be her runningmate... he must be good... coz for you GMAs decision is always good. Or maybe she just used Noli to be her sheild so that she won't be like ERAP.

Before , I have high respect aning duha but as what is happening right now in our political arena, slowly my respect and trust for the two young politicians is fading.
