@dhars,
naay CXMB plug-in na stable for 4.01 M33? naa man gud CXMB 3.2 for 4.01 M33 pero naay uban CTF 4.01M33 dili mu-work.
It's because the first CXMB for 4.01m33 (not the official CXMB 3.1 for 4.01M33) was just a hack job to make it compatible with 4.01m33. The official ones are those with 3.1 and 3.2 versions. Sadly the ctf makers made their theme with the hacked version before the official ones were released and were incompatible with the official CXMB.
That's right! The popular PSP games Patapon and LocoRoco will be receiving sequels. This was confirmed in the latest issue of the Japanese magazine, Weekly Famitsu.
Patapon 2 is set to release this Winter 2008 in Japan. The sequel is to bring a new four-player multiplayer mode that will allow you to beat your drum with friends via Ad-hoc. Aside from multiplayer Kotani (Patapon designer) told Famitsu "There are lots more bosses and midboss-type enemies this time. We've got about double the amount of content to explore, just in terms of the number of stages alone. Add the customization options to that, and to be honest, you may never get to fully explore every bit of it." The game is to come out in Japan this Winter but we can undoubtedly expect a US version in the future.
LocoRoco 2 was also announced in the same issue of Weekly Famitsu. The director of the first game, Tsutomu Kouno, shared details with the magazine. Explaining how the Moja Troop is back and that they've learned how to sing themselves. "They've been practicing as hard as they can, and they've learned how to use music to sap the energy out of everyone. Now nobody feels like doing anything, so the LocoRoco have to go around the world and pep everyone back up again." Kouno also adds "You'll also run into other enemies as the game goes on -- not friends of the Moja, but there's a boss that has transformed these creatures and has them under his control, and he uses them to attack the LocoRoco." He mentions that they stuck to the formula of the first game but have also added some new features "In the first game you could only swim on the surface of bodies of water, but here you can dive underwater. You could catch yourself on a rope by biting on it earlier, but you can bite down on more stuff this time -- you can even pull things out entirely with your teeth. We'd like to have more places where the player and the LocoRoco work together to do things, giving you a taste of what it's like playing with them." There is no word on when LocoRoco 2 will arrive, but Sony says their already done with 75% of the game.
There you have it. Two new sequels to some very great games. We can hope that Sony sheds more light on these games at this year's E3 convention.
