if you're going there with a so-so attitude and want somebody else, like a chicks, a buddy or whatever to keep you motivated, then one day you'll just fail.. you can't expect those people to be around you most of the time.. if anything, you have to go there with the right perspective.. at the right page.
experiment sa imo program kung bored nakas imo routine... y'know the usual 3 sets of 10 reps. then taas kaayog pahuway, chika-chika, text-text.. mao nay maka distract.
of course, if you are doing heavy compound exercises, pahuway gyud kag sakto pero kung kaya ra, like not 100% or more of your bodyweight, pwede ka mo tira nasad og laing exercise.
do 5X5 or circuit.. or 10X10 (GVT) you just have to be creative para mas lingaw.
