    lagi amo flight with my friend going to manila from cebu kay na delayed pud. imbis na 6 am amo sked kay 9 am nami nakalkaw. hastang paeta

    yep murag dghan og probs ang cebu pac karn...i dunno unsa...before on time kau ni cla...but recently naka sakay kog kaduha....puros delayd.....i hop maka recover ni cla...

    tinuod jd ni nga way klaro ang CEBU PACIFIC..kay nangayo mi og refund para sa ticket gipasa pasa jd mi. Sa manila mi ni kol ato coz ddto daw ang processing sa refund. First agent nkatubag is 25mins ko gpahuwat. Ako nlng gibutang, kol nasad ko balik then gipasa2 na sad ko. Nangasaba na jd ko nila unya giingnan rko nga wait sa mam ng CR pa among supervisor. Ahak kau na sila dha until karon wapa ma kuha ang refund last year pa to.

    I agree with you rodsky.
    Wala ko ma complain sa mga flight attendants and pilots because we received a very good service from them although I was really pissed because super delayed among flights from cebu to hongkong as well as hongkong to cebu. What's hasol pa gyud aside sa delayed ang among return flight to cebu, gibalhin pa gyud mi ug terminal area didto sa HK airport (kadako lang gud ana ilang airport). I could only blame the management for this.
