ok.. everytime mu-open kos akong YM and MSN messengers magsugod na cya ug kabuang.. pirmi na muhang then mu-pop-out tong "threat detected" i'm using NOD32.. dili ko ka-update ky wala koy installer ani ug wala ko kahibaw sa iyang password..

do you have any alternative ideas unsaon nako pagtang2 aning virus.. i need help! di pud ko nahan i-reformat akong pc ky wala ko ika back-up ani! pleaseeeeeeeeee! tabang!

PS: i've already tried vundofix pero walay nahitabo..

bro kung naa ka kaila na naa updated na antivirus and naka deep freeze iya system pwede na imu harddrive ipaslave sa iya harddrive then iscan for viruses para maremove ang virus. lisud na pagfix imu problem within your system kay na infected na daan and there's a possibility na if mag-installl ka antivirus dli na mo work as expected.

nitry ko sulod sa imu gimention na site pero giblock sa firefox kay naa kuno dghan malicious softwares which includes trojans na i-install ang site without our consent.

adto ka start> run> msconfig. choose selective startup. iuncheck ang load startup items. adto ka sa services tag. hide all Microsoft services. ang nahibilin kay ipanguncheck. adto ka startup tab. iuncheck tanan. click ok> restart. boot through safemode (keep pressing F8 while gaboot cya) with networking. uninstall ur antivirus. pagdownload ug latest version then install. after that, ibalik to normal startup sa msconfig, okies?

suway adto sa website sa NOD32 kay tua didto ang username ug password na available para maupdate imo antivirus... install ug antivirus ngadto sa safemode... hope it helps!
