It's advantage gyud kay walay tax sila mostly and it cannot be denied, it is really a good business. You're receiving money every one month without spending. (esp. for apartments) ..The return of investment is long term but still the return is constant and really good. So most owners are taking advantage sa situation and thus increases their rates
Its a chain reaction, if the prices of basic need goes up, everything will follow, one of them is the rent..
correct c xyzal chain reaction but let me expand it.. 1st the maintenance of the house specially basic things like the roofing(mga sin), screen/chickenwires, ceiling, nails, pipes and cement der going up plus the fees of the carpenters... so to compensate it we will raise the rent of the house... hope this will answer your question...
mo react jd ko ani... ms/mr dili jd ni tinood... dili ka maka operate ug apartments kung wa kay business permit, den naa sad ni tax quarterly... kung mo taas ang pa rent mo taas pd ang tax... yes maybe maka ingon ka advantageous ni kay every month naa kay madawat. pero dako pd ang bayad sa insurance BIR ug uban pang expenses... we see to it wen we raised the price of the apartment maka compensate pd ang mo puyo kay kibaw pd mi unsa ang kalisud sa panahon rn...
