. Nakapalit ko atong betta ni edgar. Ako siya g.butang sa ako planted tank with my other fishes. Ako nabantayan ba loner lagi ni siya noh, tapos talawan. Naa lang mo doul lain na isda niya mu tago dayun hehehehehehe

ana gyud na bai kung different species iya kauban sa community tank, mu adjust rana madugay, patamboka usa

Medyo na shock lang na cya sa whole change of scenery and environment... Naanad bya na cya ug solitary confinement since nag "puberty"... Hahahaha
Word of advice though, be sure wlay tail nippers nga kuyog nya sa tank then e low lang ang aerator coz dli man gud anad ang Bettas basta kusog current ang surface... Labyrinth fishes bya na cla...
And most of all, be sure he gets his fill of live foods... Bettas HATE flakes and pellets... Samot nana nga naanad na ug live foods, and to keep his fins in tip top shape! ^^

Oh btw, Bettas are grumpy hermits in a community tank... Don't expect him to prance around and play with your other fishes hehehehehe...
He might be grumpy, but he sure is damn gorgeous! Tanawa, if nia mu tanaw sa imung tank, ang Betta ilang first ma notice... Pound for pound (sa fishes), Bettas are one (if not) of the most beautiful and interesting fishes in the hobby of fish keeping... Place a mirror near him to initiate him to flare for about 5 minutes twice a day pra dli pud ma bored unya makakita ka sa iyang full splendor! ^^

Thanks for the advice. Wala man ni aerator akong tank. I also checked kung compatible ako mga other fish sa betta, so far they are man hehehehehe. Ummmmm... as for the live foods murag stay away sa ko dinha kay basin ma contaminate akong tank I'm only doing 1/month WC ra ba I really can't take the risk. But so far ni kaon man ug flakes ang ako napalit na betta.I'm planning to venture in Betta keeping soon kay related man sila sa akong current hobby.

Now this is the REAL Halfmoon we strive to produce and perfect...
Halfmoon (HM) 180 degrees Caudal spread (Notice the sharp edges and almost a perfect letter "D")
Over Halfmoon (OHM) this is the creme de la creme' of the Betta world... Caudal spread of more than 180 degrees!!!
This is how you can tell is you have a HM, a Super Delta SD (Not less than 170 degrees spread), or a Delta (Less than 170 degrees)... Sharp, crisp edges...
