i don't eat after 7:30. 6pm is too early..thats when i start cooking! but sometimes i do eat after 7:30 if it can't be helped...like in restaurants, parties and what have u.
just eat regularly and on time...ayaw kalit.kalit ug change sa imong eating habit kay mausab pud imo metabolism......
kung naanad ka kaon ug 7 then make sure nga maka.kaon ka ug 7...if lapas na kaau then light snack nalng..u tend to eat more kung dli on time imong eating habit....
regular exercise...tamang diet...effective...
its all about calorie in, and calorie out.

in a day og mo consume ka og daghan nga calorie
nya dili na nimo kuha-on thru exercise, manambok jud ka!
b4 6 lagi ka mo kaon perom 6 pud ka kaldero nga rice imo kan-on,]

for me I eat every 2-3 hours.. except if mo near ang time mo sleep ko i'll just drink milk if i'm kinda hungry.. or maybe mag tea(brown rice tea) ra ko..
ok rana no food after 6pm if mu sleep nsd ka mga 9pm but if ul sleep 12midnight, mura lisud2 na kung di naka mu eat...
ok raman guru if molapas sa 6 pm ka mo.eat, provided that dili kau heavy ang imo kaonon kay pdng naman ka ma.slep, hinay ang pag.digest sa food.
i think its not important kung wat tym ka kaon! watch lng kung unsa imo nakaon... kay mao mn na maka daot sa imoha figure..
ryt now were trying that no food after 6pm...naa gamay result but not that good
