well we have one in Banilad; i-gallery, just a few steps from Darra's Bowler the one near the mini Eiffel tower standing. Its on the right side while going to Talamban. Its a yellow house. No numbers yet, but you can visit them. They charge you 3000 for a 3 hour day lesson. And its about 9 Session. They teach black and white (pencils), Watercolor, Oil.

They teach basics, and you do hands on on every meeting while Teacher gives small tips on how you go about your style to improve.

Right now they have exhibit at Banilad Town Center. So you can see the Artists' works.

i just wanna check if it is
3000 for all 9 session or 1000 per hour.
